Veronica Jensen, Doctor of Nursing Practice/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Jensen is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from University of Medical & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). She is the founder of Pathway to Wellness LLC and the Vice President Elect for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. She has over 8 years experience in prescribing psychotropic medications and over 15 years in the psychiatric field overall. Her specializations are in complex, acute, and chronic cases. She has worked in various mental health settings, including Inpatient Psychiatric Units, Emergency Rooms, Outpatient, Acute Outpatient Services, Nursing homes and Dementia/Alzheimer Units. She provides psychiatric evaluations related to Bariatric services, medication management and individual psychotherapy. She also offers consultation services for area nursing homes.

Dr. Jensen caters to various populations including children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. She collaborates closely with outside medical providers to offer comprehensive collaborative care and is dedicated to helping individuals reach their optimal level of health in a timely manner. Diane Mansmann, Clinical Social Worker

Diane is a licensed clinical social worker (psychotherapist), with over 42 years of clinical experience. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. She has experience working in the field of adult psychiatric social work. She is also affiliated with Raritan Bay Medical Center for over 42 years, previously having worked as the Coordinator of their Crisis Stabilization Department. She also provides supervision for bachelor's and master's level Social Work students. Her keen insight, non-judgmental approach and depth of experience are key factors that set her apart from other professionals in her field. She believes in a flexible approach to therapy because each client is unique and has different treatment needs. Her extensive experience and training gives her the tools to treat patients using psychodynamic, cognitive/behavioral and humanistic therapies, as well as teaching stress management techniques. Her clinical focus includes trauma, domestic violence, depression, emotional regulation, anxiety and sexual identities. She provide "just- in- time" services that assist individuals and organizations with refocusing their energy and getting back on track with their goals.
Karen Abril, Office Manager

Karen has over 10 years of experience in office administration and management. She manages the front desk administrative staff. She oversees the patient and provider billing, as well as coordination of benefits. She is warm, compassionate, and patient focus. She is the glue that keeps our office running efficiently and cohesively.
